Adımın Arap harfli yazımı yanlış
Ebced ekranında "Yazımı değiştir" ile adını harf harf yeniden yazabilirsin. Ailende kullanılan yazımı seçmeni öneririz.
Numeroloji neden Latin harf istiyor?
Numerolojinin harf tablosu Latin (ve Kiril) harfleri içindir. Adını başka bir yazıyla girdiysen profilinde Latin harfli yazımını ekleyebilirsin.
Günlük bildirim gelmiyor
Profil sayfasında Bildirimler satırının altındaki durum yazısına bak. "Sistem bildirim izni kapalı" yazıyorsa izni telefonun ayarlarından açman gerekir; uygulamadaki anahtar sistem iznini aşamaz. "Planlandı" yazıyorsa bildirim seçtiğin saatte, Android'de en fazla birkaç dakika gecikmeyle gelir. Pil tasarrufu modları bildirimi geciktirebilir.
Kahve falı nasıl çalışıyor?
Kahveni içtikten sonra uygulamanın gösterdiği çerçeveyle fincanın içini ve tabağı fotoğraflarsın. Fotoğraflar yorum için yapay zekâya gönderilir, yorum birkaç saniye içinde hesabına gelir. Fotoğraf telvesi görünen bir fincan değilse kredin düşmez. Fotoğraflar sunucumuzda saklanmaz, yalnız yorum hesabında kalır.
Kahve falı ve tarot yorumlarını kim yazıyor?
Yapay zekâ yazar, bir insan falcı değil. Yorumlar Falius'un yöntemine bağlıdır: fotoğrafta görünmeyen şekil, uydurma kişi ya da olay yazılmaz ve kesin hüküm verilmez.
Kredi nedir, nasıl alınır?
Kahve falı, tarot açılımı yorumu ve tam okuma kredi kullanır. Krediyi Profil, Krediler ve hesap ekranından App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden alırsın; hesap açarken hoş geldin kredisi tanımlanır. Bugün, harita, ebced, sayılar ve Cevap Sayfası ücretsizdir.
Ödeme yaptım ama kredim görünmüyor
Uygulamayı kapatıp yeniden aç: ödeme doğrulanınca kredin kendiliğinden eklenir. Bir yorum hata yüzünden üretilemezse ayrılan kredi hesabına geri döner. Sorun sürerse ödeme tarihini yazarak bize ulaş.
Bilgilerimi ve hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Hesapsız kullanıyorsan bilgilerin yalnız telefonunda durur: Profil sayfasında Verilerimi sil ile hepsini tek adımda silebilirsin, uygulamayı silmek de aynı sonucu verir. Hesabın varsa Profil, Krediler ve hesap, Hesabımı sil adımlarıyla hesabın, kredilerin, yorumların ve kullanılmamış hediye kodların kalıcı olarak silinir.
Hesaplar nasıl yapılıyor?
Numeroloji Pisagor tablosuyla, ebced ebced-i kebîr ile, gökyüzü konumları açık kaynaklı Astronomy Engine ile hesaplanır. Her sonucun altında hesabı yazar.

I don't know my birth time
Your Sun sign, abjad value and all numbers are calculated without it. The rising sign and houses need your birth time and place. If you were born near a sign boundary, the app shows both possible signs.
The Arabic spelling of my name is wrong
On the Abjad screen, use "Change spelling" to rewrite your name letter by letter.
The daily notification does not arrive
Check the status line under Notifications on the Profile page. If it says the system notification permission is off, turn it on in your phone's settings; the switch in the app cannot override the system permission. If it says scheduled, the notification arrives at the time you chose, on Android at most a few minutes late. Battery saver modes can delay it.
How does coffee reading work?
After your coffee, you photograph the inside of the cup and the saucer using the frame the app shows. The photos are sent to an AI to write the reading, which arrives in your account within seconds. If the photo is not a cup with visible grounds, no credits are used. Photos are not stored on our servers; only the reading stays in your account.
Who writes the coffee and tarot readings?
AI writes them, not a human fortune teller. Readings follow the Falius method: no shapes that aren't in the photo, no invented people or events, and no definitive claims.
What are credits and how do I get them?
Coffee readings, tarot spread readings and the full reading use credits. You buy credits from Profile, Credits and account, through the App Store or Google Play; you get welcome credits when you open an account. Today, the birth chart, abjad, numbers and the Answer Page are free.
I paid but my credits don't show
Close and reopen the app: credits are added automatically once the payment is verified. If a reading fails because of an error, the reserved credits return to your account. If the problem continues, write to us with the payment date.
How do I delete my details and my account?
Without an account, your details stay only on your phone: on the Profile page, Delete my data removes everything in one step, and deleting the app does the same. With an account, Profile, Credits and account, Delete my account permanently removes your account, credits, readings and unused gift codes.
How are the calculations made?
Numerology uses the Pythagorean table, abjad uses the great abjad (abjad kabir), and sky positions come from the open-source Astronomy Engine. Every result shows its working.
