Kısaca
Falius'u hesap açmadan kullanabilirsin. O zaman girdiğin ad, doğum ve aile bilgileri yalnız telefonunda kalır; harita, ebced ve sayı hesapları telefonunda yapılır. Kahve falı, tarot yorumu, kredi ve hediye için hesap gerekir. Hesap açarsan profilin, kredilerin ve yorumların hesabına bağlı olarak sunucumuzda saklanır. Kahve falı ve tarot için gönderdiğin fotoğraf ve soru, yorumu yazması için yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına (Google Gemini) iletilir; fotoğraflar sunucumuzda saklanmaz. Uygulamada reklam, analiz aracı ya da üçüncü taraf takip yazılımı yoktur.
Telefonunda saklanan bilgiler
- Ad, soyad ve istersen adının Latin harfli yazımı
- Doğum tarihi, saati ve yeri
- Adının Arap harfli yazımı (ebced için)
- İstersen eklediğin aile üyelerinin adı ve doğum tarihi
Bu bilgiler hesapları yapmak için kullanılır. Uygulamada Profil > Verilerimi sil ile ya da uygulamayı sildiğinde telefonundan silinir. Aile üyelerinin bilgilerini eklerken onların da bundan haberdar olmasını öneririz.
Hesap (isteğe bağlı)
Hesap Apple ya da Google ile açılır. Giriş ve veri saklama altyapısı Google Firebase'dir. Hesap açarsan şunlar hesabına bağlı saklanır:
- Giriş sağlayıcısının verdiği hesap kimliği ve, paylaşıldıysa, e-posta adresin
- Profil bilgilerin: ad, doğum bilgileri ve istersen eklediğin kişisel bilgiler (ilişki durumu, meslek, ilgi alanları, sevdiğin renkler, kısa not)
- Eklediğin yakınlarının adı, yakınlığı ve doğum bilgileri
- Kredi hareketlerin, hediye kodların ve ürettiğin kahve falı ve tarot yorumları
- Bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz kaydı: platform, bildirim adresi, bildirim izninin durumu, dil, saat dilimi, cihaz modeli, sistem ve uygulama sürümü
Bu bilgiler telefon değiştirdiğinde kaybolmasın ve yorumlar sana göre yazılabilsin diye tutulur. Kişisel bilgileri vermek zorunda değilsin.
Kahve falı ve tarot
Kahve falında fincanın ve tabağın fotoğrafları, tarotta çektiğin kartlar ve açılım, ayrıca yazdıysan sorun ve adın, yorumu yazması için sunucumuz üzerinden Google Gemini'ye gönderilir. Fotoğraflar küçültülerek gönderilir ve sunucumuzda saklanmaz; hesabında yalnız üretilen yorum kalır. Yorumlar yapay zekâyla üretilir ve bir insan falcıya atfedilmez. Google'ın bu veriyi işleme biçimi Google'ın kendi koşullarına tabidir.
Ödemeler ve kredi
Kredi App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden alınır. Kart bilgilerin bize gelmez; satın alma makbuzu yalnız ödemenin doğruluğunu denetlemek için Apple'a ya da Google'a sorulur ve kredi hareketi hesabına yazılır.
Bildirimler ve widget
Günün sayısı bildirimi isteğe bağlıdır, yalnız sen açarsan çalışır ve telefonunda hazırlanır. Hesabınla ilgili bildirimler (örneğin sana gelen hediye kredi) Apple'ın bildirim hizmeti (APNs) ya da Google'ın Firebase Cloud Messaging hizmeti üzerinden gönderilir; bunun için yukarıdaki cihaz kaydı kullanılır. Ana ekran widget'ı hesabı telefonunda yapar; iOS'ta uygulama ile widget arasındaki bilgi yalnız telefonundaki ortak uygulama alanında durur. Paylaşım kartı da telefonunda üretilir ve yalnız senin seçtiğin uygulamaya gönderilir; kartta adın ve doğum tarihin yazmaz.
Web sitesi
falius.com çerez kullanmaz, analiz aracı içermez ve yazı tiplerini kendi sunucusundan yükler. Barındırma hizmeti, her web sunucusunda olduğu gibi, teknik erişim kayıtları (IP adresi, tarih, istenen sayfa) tutabilir.
Silme
Profil > Verilerimi sil telefonundaki bilgileri siler. Profil > Krediler ve hesap > Hesabımı sil hesabını, kredilerini, yorumlarını ve kullanılmamış hediye kodlarını sunucumuzdan kalıcı olarak siler; bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Çocuklar
Falius 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.
Hakların
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve Avrupa Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü kapsamında bilgilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ve silinmesini isteme haklarını kullanmak için bize yazabilirsin. Silme ve düzeltmenin çoğunu uygulama içinden kendin de yapabilirsin.

In short
You can use Falius without an account. Then the name, birth and family details you enter stay only on your phone, and the chart, abjad and number calculations run on your phone. Coffee reading, tarot readings, credits and gifts need an account. If you open one, your profile, credits and readings are stored on our servers, linked to your account. For coffee and tarot readings, the photos and question you send go to an AI provider (Google Gemini) to write the reading; photos are not stored on our servers. The app has no ads, analytics or third-party tracking.
Stored on your phone
- Name, surname and, if you add it, the Latin spelling of your name
- Birth date, time and place
- The Arabic spelling of your name (for abjad)
- Names and birth dates of family members you choose to add
This information is used for the calculations. It is removed from your phone with Profile > Delete my data, or when you delete the app. If you add family members, we suggest you let them know.
Account (optional)
You sign in with Apple or Google. Sign-in and storage run on Google Firebase. With an account, the following is stored with it:
- The account identifier from your sign-in provider and, if shared, your email address
- Your profile: name, birth details and any personal details you choose to add (relationship status, occupation, interests, favourite colours, a short note)
- Names, relationship and birth details of people close to you that you add
- Your credit history, gift codes and the coffee and tarot readings you create
- A device record for notifications: platform, notification address, notification permission status, language, time zone, device model, system and app version
This keeps your data with you when you change phones and lets readings be written for you. Personal details are optional.
Coffee reading and tarot
For coffee readings, the photos of your cup and saucer; for tarot, the cards and spread you drew; and, if you wrote them, your question and first name are sent through our server to Google Gemini to write the reading. Photos are resized before sending and are not stored on our servers; only the resulting reading stays in your account. Readings are generated by AI and are not attributed to a human fortune teller. Google's handling of this data is subject to Google's own terms.
Payments and credits
Credits are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Your card details never reach us; the purchase receipt is checked with Apple or Google only to verify the payment, and the credit entry is written to your account.
Notifications and widget
The number-of-the-day notification is optional, only runs if you turn it on and is prepared on your phone. Account notifications (for example, gift credits sent to you) are delivered through Apple Push Notification service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, using the device record above. The home screen widget does its calculation on your phone; on iOS the data shared between the app and the widget stays in a shared app area on your phone. The share card is also created on your phone and only sent to the app you choose; it does not contain your name or birth date.
Website
falius.com uses no cookies, no analytics, and serves its fonts from its own server. As with any web server, the hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, date, requested page).
Deletion
Profile > Delete my data removes the details on your phone. Profile > Credits and account > Delete my account permanently removes your account, credits, readings and unused gift codes from our servers; this cannot be undone.
Children
Falius is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can contact us to access, correct or delete your data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR. You can also do most deletion and correction yourself in the app.
